Once we receive your order and uploaded images we will process and get the order dispatched as soon as possible as all our equipment is on site.
If you order after 4pm your order will not go into the production queue until the next day. Order's placed after 4pm on a Friday will have to wait to be processed until the following Monday.
All orders are sent using 1st class recorded delivery for added security. All our products are tracked for your security and peace of mind. You will receive confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order is despatched with the delivery details and tracking number, so you can track the order's delivery status.
If you have any problems with receiving your order then you can contact Royal Mail directly giving them your tracking number or you can e-mail us at TwenT3 and we will try to rectify the issue if possible.
Please note that personalised 3d effect images, Flip images, Morph images, phone cases, 2 image flip key-rings or business products cannot be returned as these are personalized to each individual customer and can not be resold. If your package is damaged in transit please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue for you.
Please supply high-Resolution quality photos to allow us to create a high-quality picture. Generally speaking the larger the original file size, the better the resolution will be, and the better quality the output will be from our production process. Please note that we cannot work with poor quality images and images which are black on white, or white on black as this causes ghosting in the finished product.
Please Make sure the photos are in focus and of the same orientation, blurry images will not work as well as crisp, in focus ones. We will check the quality of your images and will get in touch if we notice any problems before we start production. Please refer to Examples of acceptable types of images below....
